- Interest in HR topics: Degree in economics or a comparable degree programme, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Organisational talent with initiative: Independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills in German and English: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English desirable
- IT specialist: Very good MS Office skills and an affinity for IT systems

- Supporting the HR department in day-to-day business
- Collaboration in the creation of references
- Support with the onboarding process for new employees
- Digital and analogue filing of documents
- Support with HR projects
