YOUR ROLE

• Create ad-hoc, complex and regular reports that offer meaningful insights and data analysis to help various
  departments make informed decisions
• Provide complex calculations and statistical analysis for decision-making processes, such as forecasting, trend
  analysis, and performance evaluation
• Provide reports and data input for external requests and questionnaires
• Decide on and provide complex calculation methods & formulas
• Provide data models for missing data and recommendations for alleviation actions
• Provide feedback on data accuracy, completeness, and quality during calculations and circle back to data owners
• Create awareness and give direction to internal data owners to ensure external and internal ESG data (supplier
  data respective Master Data/ activity data calculations) fulfills requirements in regard to right method, format,
  units, and result accuracy
• Provide immediate support to DX (IT) during data upload errors, data issues, and tool malfunction
• Test newly provided automation and visualization tools to ensure tools are fully functional, to fulfill defined
  requirements, and data is accurate
• Work on ad-hoc projects and duties as required by management
• Work in committee and engage in advocacy efforts to drive ESG initiatives with internal and external stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Chemical engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, mathematical economics or related field
• 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and complex calculations
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive big data analysis and programming using tools such as KNIME, SQL, Python, R, or equivalent platforms
• Proficiency in Circular Economy principles, waste management, and packaging reporting is of advantage
• Experience in waste and circularity indicators related data modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision making of advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated resilience in handling high pressure situations and adapting to rapidly changing environments
• A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
• Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus
