Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/x)

You bring along:

• You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits – preferably in an international environment
• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or psychology
• You enjoy dealing with people and like to communicate in English, German is considered as a plus
• You have very good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs
• You are a team player, show initiative and want to contribute ideas
• You are adaptable and responsible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
