Tasks

• Maintaining cost sharing through SAP handling, automation of process and change of technological application, revision of keys on semi-annual basis, management reporting, as well as documentation
• Supporting the IT department from Finance side by forecasting and budgeting, cost analysis, KPIs, reporting, SAP related questions on Internal Orders, Plan to Pay, master data etc.
• Supporting finance processes automation and digitalization
• Supporting regular month end close activities in Central Services
• Supporting regular forecast activities in Central Services

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in Financial Controlling or Accounting
• Educational background in Finance and Administration
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Curiosity about Information Technology
• Enthusiasm in automation and latest Microsoft technologies
• Excellent Excel Skills
• VBA knowledge considered is a plus
• Excellent English skills, German is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate and energetic about one's work
