Mandatory Internship Social Media & Marketing Automation (m/f/d)
For at least 3 months and up to six months
As an intern Social Media & Marketing Automation, you will support the Marketing Team from the very beginning. You will help develop, execute and analyze social media campaigns and assist with email marketing, lead generation and marketing automation. In doing so, your ultimate ambition is to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and improve the customer experience across digital channels.
Your tasks:
- Assist in the creation, testing and execution of manual and automated email marketing campaigns
- Report on email marketing and marketing automation activities
- Research target group specific trends and derive actionable recommendations
- Gather insight on social media creators for potential collaborations
- Community management across all relevant social media platforms
- Identify and track user generated content (UGC)
- Support in digital asset management (DAM)
Your profile:
- You are a student in the field of marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable course of study
- It would be great if you understood how to use analytics tools to track social media and email marketing campaigns, track user engagement, and measure campaign success
- Your passion is Digital Marketing and Communication - here you show a high level of self-initiative
- Initial work experience in social media, CRM or digital marketing would also be great
- You have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other departments such as eCommerce and PR & Influencer
- You are interested in remote and virtual team structures
- You have strong communication skills within an international team setting
- You should have excellent spoken and written skills in English, as we are an internationally operating company and have employees from all regions of the world
- You know your way around common social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube as well as Reddit) and have both in-depth knowledge and a good understanding of them
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office
- If you have previous experience with Sprout Social, Trello, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics, that would be great - but it's not a requirement
