Job Description
Position Overview:
The Data Analyst (Advanced Analytics) (m/f/d) will play a crucial role in our current and future data analytics projects. Situated in the Central Data Science and Analytics team, you will work closely with other data analysts, scientists and business stakeholders across the organization. You will shape and design the requirements, analyze the data and provide crucial insights to business. As a Data Analyst, you will help to bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating requirements and feedback to a common language.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to cutting-edge projects across diverse business domains within the organization, and gain hands-on experience with diverse data technologies, to make a meaningful impact on Redcare Pharmacy's data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across the organization and support them in Data Driven decision making.
- Analyze data in various formats and build descriptive and predictive models.
- Transform impactful analysis into insightful reports to enable our Business users to make data driven decisions.
- Build sustainable and foreseeable future proof data science solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business processes and applications.
- Stay updated with emerging data technologies and best practices to continuously improve our data infrastructure and capabilities.
- Be involved in future development of our Data Platform and grow with the team and company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years practical experience with hands-on Advanced Analysis, data handling and reporting.
- Proven record of delivering impactful data analytics projects for the business.
- Ability to understand opportunities within the eCommerce business.
- Experience with programming languages such as R and/or Python.
- Experience with Power BI or any other BI tool, DAX, MDX and Power Pivot.
- Curiosity to learn and adapt latest technologies as well as interest to work with legacy technologies.
- Self-motivation and interest in taking on ownership for smaller projects.
- Willingness to prioritize collaboration and work closely with others.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
