As a global leader in its business of reusable packaging solutions, the environmental footprint is reduced to a minimum and keeps growing at a healthy pace. In order to keep it going and improve quality as well as the sales approach, we a looking for a "Senior Sales Controller (m/f/d)" in a growing department.
An interesting opportunity for a skilled sales controller that has two strengths: great understanding and passion for (sales) financials and on the other hand understanding how to be a great business partner.

Aufgabengebiet
- You use your analytical skills to drive decision-making by addressing business challenges and crafting financial business cases
- You take ownership of financial models, ensuring their maintenance, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, regional commercial teams, and other finance departments
- Provide guidance to commercial teams in crafting proposals and aligning contracts with global standards to optimize returns and mitigate financial risk
- When necessary, you take leadership in financial planning and reporting processes to support the company
- You collaborate across functions on commercial and financial initiatives that involve Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, global businesses and external partners
- Being able to generate valuable insights for senior management and local teams by monitoring volume, price, and mix impacts is also your strength and you happily share it with the respective stakeholders
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree focusing on Finance, Controlling, and Accounting
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in FP&A or Sales Controlling/Finance with a similar emphasis
- Extensive FP&A / Sales Controlling experience within a group function
- Experience in a similar role with an international scope would be ideal
- Expertise in budgeting and forecasting full Profit and Loss, Commercial Finance, Cash Flow, CAPEX, Financial Modelling are of advantage
- Experience in preparing financial reports for senior management
- Strong business partnering skills in dealing with various stakeholders up to C-Level
- Excellent communication skills, proactive personality with a "good standing"
- Experience with ERP applications, ideally SAP/R3
- Proficient in Excel, ideally SQL as well
- Business fluent English skills, with knowledge of German being desirable
- Note: the position is also open to applicants, who are fluent in English only! Additional languages are of advantage
