- Development of GxP training materials for use in training courses with a high focus on quality,
- Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements on the store floor and in the laboratory
- Ensuring proof of training for audits
- Management of training documentation and certificates in the QA system
- Supporting production with deviations, root cause analyses and CAPAs
Your profile
- Technical or scientific background combined with practical work experience in the GMP environment
- Instructor's license or adult educator course
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in employee training (e.g. as shift leader, team leader or similar)
- Very good knowledge of the GMP environment, especially in documentation
- Winning personality with good communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
