Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter with GermanTemporary contract (minimum of 15 months, extension possible)When you’re happy at work, you want to spread the word to bring in other talented people. We will count on you to:
Be an expert and partner with a range of great people across multiple businesses to understand their needs
Be curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talent
Effectively manage the end-to-end process of 15-25 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators who cover all administrative work)
Use your direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers
Be meticulous about moving candidates through the recruitment process
Keep up to date with local market trends and analysis
What you need to have:
2+ years of end to end recruiting experience
Fluent German and English
Strong knowledge of social media, search/innovative sourcing techniques
A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experience
