YOUR TASKS
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges from our clients.
- Utilize NLP techniques to extract valuable information from unstructured data sources.
- Create AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives from our clients and translate them into ML/AI solutions.
- Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
Must have skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in machine learning, NLP, and AI, with a focus on practical applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NLTK).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly.
Nice to have:
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras).
- Experience with LLM and GenAI is a plus.
- Previous experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
