Position Description
As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach at Cinemo, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our development teams towards achieving high levels of agility and excellence. You will work closely with product development teams, ensuring that they fully embrace Agile principles and best practices. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us to deliver high-quality software products to our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring they are executed effectively
- Coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricity
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize work in alignment with business goals
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, proactively promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team members' understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the organization
What you will need to succeed:
- Relevant work experience in a dynamic and growing tech product company
- Strong knowledge of agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Demonstrated experience in guiding teams through agile adoption and transformation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, handle conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
