Responsibilities:
- Marketing and PR Plan:
- Assist in the development and execution of the marketing and PR plan
- Support strategic branding projects
- Content Creation:
- Oversee and produce a wide range of digital and/or printed promotional and communication materials
- Compose and proofread texts for marketing materials in German or English
- Prepare original promotional content such as articles, news releases, emails, and social media posts
- Media and Communication:
- Manage media relations and inquiries
- Develop and implement the annual PR and communications strategy
- Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and conduct events like roundtables, conferences, or third-party events
- Reporting:
- Create monthly reports to monitor PR and marketing success using specific metrics and KPIs
- Perform other related tasks at the group level, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Project management and executing PR campaigns and events
- Minimum of five years experience in B2B marketing, communication, PR, or a related field
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Attributes:
- Hands-on professional with a "can-do" attitude, creativity, and team spirit
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, journalism, or a related field
- A postgraduate degree is not required but considered an advantage
