Your role and responsibilities

Lead and shape team of experts in new production line rampup and optimization of current battery production methods.
Align production process with product design, meeting cost and quality targets.
Collaborate on production strategy with production manager and evaluate new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
Coordinate sourcing of new production equipment with SCM.
Develop budget estimates for new product and process development.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Over 5 years of leadership and project management experience in industry (production or engineering)
• Motivated to lead in fastpaced, stakeholderrich environments
• Experience in Production development for large electrotechnical devices
• Knowledge of industrial automation, test equipment engineering, and lean production
• Proficient in MS Tools, SAP, ERP, and MES
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
