Your main responsibility will be to engage with sellers who want to showcase their products on the platform. You will ensure they have a positive experience while also identifying opportunities for others to sell on the platform. Focusing on the Dutch market, you will have the opportunity to support other international markets as well.

In detail, you will:
- Deliver exceptional seller experience through diverse communication channels
- Achieve sales targets via strategic account management and proactive outreach (B2C)
- Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the selling process
- Track all deliveries and orders communicating arrivals and delays
- Maintaining close communication with the Pricing team to ensure competitive pricing for our sellers
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally 2 years
- Strong Account Management adept at nurturing client relationships
- Experience with CRM software
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Excellent communication skills
