Intro
As a Junior CRM Manager, you'll join our passionate CRM team and play a key role in supporting the strategy and daily operations of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives.
You will assist in implementing targeted CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and optimizing the customer journey to drive engagement, customer retention, repeat bookings and loyalty
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention and loyalty marketing campaigns that rekindle travel
- desires, including email (online) and direct mail (offline) campaign setup, content creation, and performance tracking
- Assist in developing and executing email marketing calendar, newsletter messaging and A/B testing approaches, ensuring alignment with overall CRM strategy and goals.
- Identify and drive customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behaviors, lifecycle, preferences, and booking history.
- Analyze customer behavior, pinpoint trends that predict loyalty, and translate data
- insights into actionable plans to keep customers engaged.
- Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with Sales, Performance Marketing, Customer Service and other departments to ensure everyone's on the same customer-centric page.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM trends and technologies

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication/PR, or a related field.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German is required. Very good written and verbal communication skills in English required to thrive in an international environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM and Segmentation principles and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A genuine passion for travel
Nice to have:
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, E-Commerce, email marketing, or related roles, preferably within the travel industry.
- Experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and Marketing Automation Tools software (e.g. Emarsys)
- Experience in the travel industry
