If you're passionate about cutting-edge technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.Active-Directory Administration: Manage AD OnPrem & MS Entra ID to ensure seamless user management and authentication.Entra ID Administration: Handle user objects, enterprise applications, application registrations, conditional access, and MDM for enhanced security and accessibility.Exchange Online Administration: Create and delete mailboxes, manage groups/contacts, generate reports, and maintain whitelists for efficient email management.Citrix DaaS Administration: Oversee profile management, policy management, monitoring, and WEM to optimize performance and user Website Administration: Manage VPN, MPLS, security policies, natting, and design networks for reliable connectivity and data protection.Project Collaboration: Work closely with the business in projects and take ownership of IT tasks to support company objectives.Internet Proxy Administration: Maintain whitelists and enhance security measures to safeguard our network infrastructure.Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, resolve, and document technical issues across all levels (2nd-3rd) using our central ticket tool OTRS.Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Loop and Confluence to create comprehensive documentation for IT processes and procedures.MS365 Applications: Familiarity with MS365 applications such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Sway, Planner, PowerApps, and Engage for streamlined collaboration and productivity. Your Profile An IT studies degree or relevant qualification. Microsoft certifications, preferably MCSA. Minimum 2 years of experience as a system or network administrator. Readiness for 24/7 Telephone Service (interacting with service providers). Strong understanding of cloud computing, preferably with experience in Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS deployments. Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
