Your new position:
- Value structured contracts for Power, Gas and Renewables
- Analyze data, determine risk distributions and premia for our products
- Provide second level support for our quant models and support their integration and development in our cloud environment
- Contribute to the development of our portfolio risk evaluation framework
- Contribute to model selection, -evaluation and -backtesting
- Be in direct contact and collaborate with our Front Office, our DevOps team, Risk Management and other departments
Your profile:
- Master or PhD degree in a quantitative subject (Mathematics, Physics, …)
- Experience in the energy market, especially in renewables, is an advantage
- Experience in implementing quantitative models in production grade quality
- Fluency in Python
- Pragmatic approach and constructive attitude to problem solving
- Very good command of English language, fluency in German is an advantage

- Bewerten strukturierter Verträge im Bereich Strom, Gas und Erneuerbare Energien
- Analysieren von Daten, Bestimmen von Risiken und Prämien für unsere Produkte
- Leisten von Second Level Support für unsere quantitativen Modelle, Unterstützen der Integration und Entwicklung in unserer Cloud-Umgebung
- Beitragen zur Entwicklung unseres Portfolio-Risikoframeworks
- Beitragen zur Modellauswahl, -evaluierung und -backtesting
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Front Office, unserem DevOps Team, dem Risk Management und anderen Abteilungen
Ihr Profil:
- Master or PhD in einem quantitativen Fach (Mathematik, Physik, …)
- Erfahrung im Energiemarkt, insbesondere mit Erneuerbaren Energien, von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von quantitativen Modellen in Produktionsreife
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python
- Pragmatische Herangehensweise und ein konstruktiver Ansatz zur Problemlösung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse nötig, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
