#Role overview:

The End-to-End (E2E) Master Data Manager is part of the transformation office and will drive the implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) governance strategy and take responsibility for defining, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures around managing data.
Working at European Level, this role is responsible for the optimization of Master Data-related processes to ensure that all data is accurate, correct, reliable and suitable for use by all functions across the organization.

#Key responsibilities:

• Creating an MDM governance strategy for all related systems and business processes
• Assessing the current process and collaborating with business and technical teams to create a roadmap for future state architecture that includes interim solutions for the transition period
• Providing supervision and guidance to support data management activities, such as designing data models or developing new practices
• Driving the MDM plan by defining a data governance model to establish and document data definition, creationand maintenance and update guidelines and policies
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, standards, and audits to ensure the consistent quality and accuracy of data and compliance with industry regulations
• Reviewing data sources to identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements within the organization
  Communicating with and updating stakeholders regarding MDM policies and processes and any concerns with the current MDM strategy
• Facilitating effective collaboration and communication between the transformation office, European functions, and regional organizations to support MDM
• Ensuring that the MDM plan is aligned with the enterprise architecture roadmap

• Researching and keeping up to date with current and emerging methodology and tools in order to propose changes where needed

#Key and desired skills:

• Educated to degree level in business management or engineering
• Proven experience in MDM/governance architecture and strategy design
• Analytically minded and with good knowledge of project management methodologies
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS is advantageous Fluent in English, both written and spoken
