Your responsibilities
- You will support the Quality Management & Operational Excellence department in their daily work in process management and the maintenance of the B&R process map
- You design, optimize and change processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
- You support the specialist departments with documentation
- You analyze existing processes, identify weaknesses and potential for improvement
- You identify process correlations and implement standardizations
- You are the central point of contact for the processes you are responsible for
- You create awareness of the importance of digitalization measures and also support training measures
Your background
- Experience in the field of process or quality management
- Confident handling of modeling tools
- Business administration training with a focus on process management (FH/Uni) or practical experience
- Analytical thinking and understanding of complex systems and processes
- Strong communication skills, team player with a high degree of independence
- Networked and solution-oriented thinking
- Very good MS Office skills
- ARIS, SAP and Microsoft SharePoint knowledge an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German
