Your Tasks
- Leadership of 5 team members
- Project Management for LIMS implementation (LabVantage) with close collaboration with Project Owner from R&D department.
- Support of Change Management for TD/PD
- Vendor Management with LabVantage
- Overseeing project planning, execution and delivery
- Ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards
- Defining strategy and roadmap together with the Head of CoE Business Solutions
- Ensure profitability, performance and achievement of business targets and corresponding value
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize deliverables
Your Profile
- The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
- Substantial experience in R&D environments ideally in the Chemical industry
- Experience with LIMS systems
- Experience in complex business environments with several stakeholders and virtual teams, capable for building cross-functional relationships and teams
- Good cross-functional business (process) knowledge, understanding of digital and business capabilities in different business areas
- Consulting skills with strong focus on value creation
- Ideally first leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills with all levels
- Strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) - bonus is the ability to speak & and converse in German
Technical Requirements
- LIMS, LabVantage
- Several tools and application within the R&D team of tesa incl. measurement instruments (Zwick, etc.) being connected via IIOT Platforms (Crosser, etc.)
- Application management
