Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- You support the regional Key Account team, which takes care of the largest Forwarder in the industry and you will get insights into the regional Sales Department of Hapag-Lloyd
- You prepare rate quotations and rate agreement filings
- You create and maintain regular reports for the team and our customers
- You support the team on any ad-hoc tasks
- You request ship allocation for our customers in collaboration with the team.
- You will gain experience in commercial Key Account Management and work in a multinational environment
Your Qualifications
- You are currently studying full-time in one of the following fields: Economics, Logistics or a comparable field
- You have good analytical skills and are well experienced in MS Office
- You can communicate well in English language (both written and verbal)
- You enjoy taking care of customers.

Good to know
- You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week
- During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours
- We are currently planning your assignment for 6 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
