What you will do
- Research and decision-making preparation of project-relevant HR topics
- Initial implementation of data analyses and creation of reports to support decision-making (primarily in Excel)
- HR administrative support for our student assistants and interns from onboarding to offboarding
What you bring to the table
- Ongoing studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Ideally knowledge of human resources, in particular personnel controlling
- Independent and structured way of working combined with reliability and enjoyment of working with people
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills

The weekly working time is between 12 and 16 hours.
