For the expansion of our team, we are looking for a full-time position at the Cologne location or for a 100% support from the home office at the earliest possible date
PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER (M/W/D)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the planning, implementation and optimization of our performance marketing campaigns to increase traffic, conversion rate, ROAS and ROIs.
- You will manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, META, RTB House etc. to increase brand awareness and traffic to our webshop.
- You are responsible for the continuous analysis of campaign data and derive recommendations to regularly improve the performance strategy and budget allocation of a low 7-digit annual budget.
- You will report directly to our Head of Marketing and work together on cross-team projects and reporting structures with a focus on performance marketing.
- You identify new potential for future, new modern and cross-media marketing measures, e.g. based on data such as keyword search volumes, Google Trends, etc. and derive company-specific optimization potential based on this.
- You will work with cross-functional teams such as FP&A, Supply, IT and the entire marketing team on joint projects. YOUR PROFILE - IT'S WHAT MAKES YOU TICK THAT COUNTS
- You completed a commercial apprenticeship/study with a focus on marketing or communication and have already gained at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce/luxury segment.
- You have very good knowledge of performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads incl. PMax, Facebook Business Manager and SEO tools such as Sistrix and have gained in-depth experience in bidding strategies, campaign and feed management.
- You are outgoing, speak fluent German and English and are confident, charming, results-oriented, conscientious and reliable in every situation.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to analyze data skillfully and define recommendations for action for performance marketing based on this.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) and Google Analytics & Google Data Studio.
