As a Part-Time Finance & Admin Assistant for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong, Hong Kong, SAR CN you will be responsible for supporting the operational and financial tasks/activities of company controlling on FTP and SoD.
Your responsibilities
- Performing financial operational activities including record management, cheque issue and accounting matters
- Performing the company controlling operational activities such as chop management
- Performing general administrative activities including coordination with various service vendors and internal tenants
- Performing other ad hoc matters & activities
- Working for 16 hours per week on every Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri
Your background
- More than 5 years or above
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge with SAP be an advantage
- Experience in general administration or basic accounting preferred
- Retiree with related experience will also be considered
- With good command of English and Mandarin
