Business Controller focus on sales (m/w/x)

In your role within our Controlling team, you manage our controlling and enable sales leadership to take decisions based on accurate and timely facts and figures. You will act as business partner for our international sales team and identify important developments within our sales areas and teams.

• Prepare and provide timely and accurate financial reports and other appropriate financial information
• Analyze financial KPI's and scorecards to support the management team with business decisions
• Prepare Sales Reports for our Executive and our international Sales Teams
• Business partner for management and cost centre managers in the area of responsibility
• Be proactive and ensure that right priorities are applied within the areas of financial reporting and compliance
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization of investment
• Cost and headcount planning
• You contribute to the further development of existing controlling systems and support them

• University degree in Business Administration, Economis or similar educational background
• Experience in Controlling, Finance or accounting minimum 2 years
• Profound accounting knowledge
• High affinity for IT and numbers as well as a good understanding of economic contexts
• Strong analytic skills and high degree of initiative and process orientation
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage
• Very good English skills, German is beneficial
