The focus of our department is on innovative, technologically advanced satellite solutions. Our team successfully operates cloud SaaS systems, but also complex HR analytics systems and others to meet the needs of our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Support the Expansion of Our Recruiting SaaS Platform: Assist with the rollout of new features and functionalities on our SaaS recruiting platform. Contribute to the smooth implementation of these enhancements by providing technical support and user assistance
- Assist with Project Management and Coordination: Participate in project planning and coordination, taking on Project Management Office (PMO) tasks such as tracking project milestones, documenting requirements, and supporting communication between team members. Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations
- Collaborate with International Teams: Work with colleagues from various UniCredit Group locations to ensure consistent implementation of the recruiting platform. Help coordinate updates, gather user feedback, and communicate with technical teams to resolve issues or suggest improvements
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Assist with identifying and resolving technical issues related to the recruiting platform. Work closely with your colleagues to address more complex problems.
- Contribute to Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the platform and the overall recruitment process based on user feedback and best practices
What you'll need to succeed
- Active enrollment in a university program, ideally in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to work across diverse teams and coordinate project tasks
- A proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with the capacity to work effectively in an international team
- English & German (fluent, Italian would be an advantage)
- Experience in project management or PMO activities is a plus
