Praktikant - Human Resources (m/w/d)

Sie unterstützen uns im Schüler- und Studentenmanagement und sind zuständig für die administrative Betreuung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Mitarbeit im Ausbildungs- und Studentenmanagement z.B. Vertrags- und Zeugniserstellung, Bewerbermanagement sowie Betreuung von Auszubildenden, Studenten und Praktikanten
Unterstützung bei Auswertungen von Personalkennzahlen inkl. Aufbereitung und Optimierung
Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von (Teil-) Projekten aus dem Personalbereich (z.B. Personalentwicklung, Personalmarketing)
Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil:

Student aus Bachelor-/Diplom-/Masterstudiengang der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder ähnliches
Hohes Interesse an personalwirtschaftlichen Themen
Idealerweise arbeitsrechtliche Grundlagen
Fortgeschrittene MS-Office Kenntnisse v.a. Excel
Hohes Maß an Leistungswille sowie Engagement
Ausgeprägte Auffassungsgabe und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Zuverlässige sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Beginn: August 2024
