Main responsibilities
- Contract Expert: Align customer agreements seamlessly.
- Communication Hub: Be the central point of contact.
- Budget Guardian: Allocate resources wisely.
- Progress Conductor: Lead captivating project meetings.
- Risk Tamer: Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Document Manager: Ensure approvals and documentation are flawless.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests.
- Logistics Orchestrator: Ensure on-time, secure deliveries.
- Financial Precision: Maintain accurate and timely invoicing.
- Scope Management: Keep projects on track and within scope.
Qualifications and requirements
- Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is essential.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an international sales and project management environment.
- E-plan Skills: Knowledge of E-plan is a valuable advantage.
- Project Expertise: Experience with project management of capital goods is crucial.
- Legal Acumen: A basic understanding of commercial and contract law is preferred.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to our plant in Belecke, Warstein.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient computer skills are required to excel in this role.
