Your challenge
- Office management activities: Contracts, documentation, due diligence coordination, operational reporting tools
- Collaboration on specific projects: e.g. Reg./Risk. Reporting, client reporting, process optimization
- Project responsibility for setting up new fund structures (in- and ex-custody)
- Interface function to external business partners (KAG/investment company, custodian bank, family office, external consultants)
- Support for transactions in funds (both in- and ex-custody relationships)
Your profile
- University degree in the field of economics or comparable education (e.g. university of applied sciences) ideally specialistation in Banking & Finance
- 3-5 years relevant job experience within collective capital investments, investment firms, banks
- Sound knowledge of banking and finance and the regulatory environment (especially for investment funds)
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, securities knowledge & trading modalities
- Professional training (CFA, CEFA, CIIA, CPM) is an advantage
- Experience in operational portfolio management as well as in Avaloq and further programming skills are desirable
