-Reorganisation of the Belgian payroll department -Re-design of the Belgian HR organisation: ways of working, HR deliverables in line with business objectives, action plans to achieve objectives -Preparation of the ISO certification audit: management review, process design, assistance in the development of a competency framework -Development of key performance indicator framework to follow up re-engineering results of the different HR processes - and on a world-wide level
