Built in-house HR and Internal Communication departments from scratch. Developed a KPI and reward system for the company, set up a development system for retail, created assessment center, built the system of corporate communication and worked on corporate culture development. Effectively communicated with retail and HR team which led to implementing selection and hiring system. Supported and coached managers in all staff-related situations.

Developed a program for calculations of services costs to ensure proper price formation in order to guarantee the profitability of clinics affiliated with the Department for Presidential Affairs; the method was implemented in 176 clinics throughout Russia. Developed and introduced a comprehensive compensation and benefit policy, and collective employment agreement.

Successfully recruited key top-managers for HQ: Head of Internal Audit Department, Head of Marketing Department, Head of Logistic Department, Senior brand managers, Research and Development Director. As team leader developed and implemented recruitment assessment. As team member designed and launched 360-degree evaluation.

Built and managed department from scratch: with a team of 6 people. Exceeded project expectations focused on staff recruitment for a new warehouse complex: 200 workers were employed in one month.
