 Constructed functional CAD models in SolidWorks to determine design parameters  Performed stress analysis by developing a dynamic implicit Finite Element Analysis of Medium Voltage switches and Circuit breaker in ANSYS  Analysed the results of Multibody Simulations in MSC Adams  Documentation and presentation of results  Understood the functioning of Power Grid and Electrical power systems.

•Constructed 3D CAD model of the special purpose drilling machine using CATIA and SOLIDWORKS •Executed FEM Analysis and multibody analysis of the entire drilling machine using simulation software like ANSYS and ABAQUS •Programmed a suitable algorithm using C for sequential working of the drilling machine •Analysed and tested the machine for understanding the dynamic behaviour and smooth operation which resulted in 75% improvement in process efficiency

• Performed a static force analysis of exhaust system • Demonstrated CAD proficiency in CATIA V5 by designing a mount for the exhaust system of LCV • Investigated and researched about different types of emission norms (Bharat Stage 6 norms comparable with Euro 6 Norms)
