You can look forward to
After in-depth onboarding, you will service a reinsurance treaty portfolio comprised of our clients, namely primary insurance companies from Italy.
- Analysing reinsurance inquiries from our customers, including risk assessment
- Calculating premiums and supporting the entire process through to the decision stage
- Compiling, checking and modifying treaty documents as well as final treaty administration
- Monitoring primary insurance and reinsurance markets in the supported region
- Cultivating and building viable customer relationships
- Balance sheet, solvency and KPI analyses for the development of customer-specific reinsurance solutions
You come equipped with
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a quantitative orientation (economics, mathematics or business administration)
- Initial experience in the (re)insurance or financial sector, gained for example through internships, is an asset
- Proficient user skills in English, independent user skills in German and Italian
- Willingness to go on occasional business trips, roughly three or four times a year, in connection with customer visits and market events
- Persuasive communication skills as well as an assured and service-centred approach to internal and external customers
- International mindset and the willingness to travel to Italy three or four times a year
