Your responsibilities
- Design, develop and produce global educational 3D models and renderings as well as required animations or simulations for new product launches
- Deliver 3D master productions by collaborating closely with our instructional designers and learning experts
- Define efficient 3D production workflows for different applications/purposes with best possible synergies for educating different target groups
- Cover the complete development workflow from importing/modelling to export and provision of your high-quality motion/still renderings and assets
- Be a 3D ambassador in virtual learning with passion to communicate one's expertise and experience in a target-oriented manner and to drive digital innovation in training
- Streamline the creative processes and deliver the ideal assets for the requirements by always evaluating promising future trends and technology
Your profile
- In-depth knowledge in modelling, cleaning, texturing, shading and rendering of low-polygon and high-polygon 3D models for technical and educational purposes and associated animations
- Deep experience in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and Blender for converting CAD/STEP files into animations and interactive 3D models for the respective needs
- Experience and profound knowledge in usage of Unreal Engine and Unity 3D
- Art fundamentals like compositions, shape language and color theory as well as for render engines to create high-quality images
- Publish-ready Adobe Photoshop and After Effects skills for compositing your still or motion renderings
- Strong pro-active communicator and networker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment
- Enthusiastic about working in a global team with intercultural competence and the responsibility for global support coverage
