What tasks await you

• You are responsible for the design, development and further development of our threat detection rules and use cases
• You will be involved in the development and implementation of concepts to prevent and defend against threats and attacks
• You translate customer requirements into individual use cases or detection rules
• You develop use cases to detect threats, vulnerabilities and hacker attacks
• You conduct ongoing research and evaluate new technologies, tools and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of threat detection
• You provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders that describe the effectiveness of our threat detection management

Who we want

• You have a degree in computer science or comparable training, ideally with a focus on IT security
• You have several years of project experience in the area of ​​security consulting and/or security analyses
• You have relevant expertise in the area of ​​big data analytics and SIEM solutions (e.g. Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle, Qradar, Elastic).
• You have already gained practical experience in searching and querying large amounts of data and good experience with the MITER-ATT&CK framework
• Your knowledge of security standards (IT-Grundschutz catalogs, BSI 200-x and ISO2700x, ISF, COBIT, NIST or similar) and relevant laws and regulations (e.g. EU-GDPR, BDSG, KRITIS) is an advantage
• You are characterized by binding communication with manufacturers, service providers and customers - both in German and English
