I assisted HR Officer in Long-listing and short-listing CV’s of GTE’s and Apprenticeship Programs, updating timesheets for generation of payroll in SAP ERP, and Negotiation with different stakeholders (Employees, Unions, Local Labor) and updating employees records and filing.

I learned and assisted Field Administrator in updating timesheets, recruiting local labor, distributing salary among third party contract employees’, signing contract with contractual employees’ and updating employees’ records in soft and hard form. And other activities including arranging transport and accommodation for employees as and when required, fleet management, events, security, mess management at camp, and day to day purchase from direct purchase account.
