Carbon fibre composite made parts distortion simulation due to thermal effects when cooling using ANSA and Hypermesh to preprocesing and Ansys APDL and ABAQUS for the calculation. Draping and filling simulation with PAMForm/RTM of the RTM process made composite parts for the BMW i3 and i8 concept cars.

I&R - Optimization of the joint between blade and disk in low pressure turbines for airplanes. Combination of 2D and 3D geometry modelling using Unigraphics, with stress analysis in Ansys Workbench combining thermal effects and optimizing the results with the Design of Experiments tool.
