- Worked on integration of Google's Waymo Project ECUs and Bosch's Electric Power Steering model into Carmaker for Simulink model-in-loop development environment. Worked on adding a Python based Random Forest Regressor in the Simulink model, saving the licensing cost of my department. - Designed of a detection algorithm for Hands Off / Hands On on Steering Wheel, using ML. Converted the Python based, Random Forest Classifier into C code - Programmed a C# based Addin (.dll) for Sparx Enterprise Architect

Worked on Project LONGRUN in collaboration with Ford, as part of Horizon 2020 EU Commission. • The project consists of developing an energy efficient hybrid powertrain for a P4 Commercial Hybrid Vehicle. • Worked on a Simulink Plant Model for Model-in-Loop Simulations of the drivetrain. • Developed a Model Predictive Control (MPC) approach in Simulink for battery SOC management of an EV. • Programmed MATLAB based scripts to linearize Fuel Mass Flow consumption maps and Electric Motor Efficiency maps

6 weeks internship. • Successfully completed my Internship Project: Research and analysis of wastewater treatment using BlueFrog Technology and Reverse Osmosis filtration. • Analysed Solar Power vs Diesel Generator and visited Orient's RO plant based on Solar Power to assist my analysis. • Calculation of pipe diameters based on fluid mechanics and the API RP 14E standard, selection of appropriate pipe material based on the calculated pipe diameter.

6 weeks internship • Data acquisition of 110+ machines in the production plant. • Maintenance of machine manuals' database • Review of various machine maintenance procedures undertaken by the plant maintenance engineers.
