• Implement and ensure the manufacturing processes for a complex opto-electronic sensor product in co-operation with manufacturing partners. • Drive Industrialization of photonic packaging, interconnect and module assembly processes. • Ensure manufacturing capability according to customer quality and certification requirements. • Evaluate/select manufacturing partners and management of various projects.

- Face of the company for Global automotive customers (India, EU, USA). Ensuring that the project milestones are met in time, by following up the development and other process related internal progress. - Responsible for technical discussions, starting from project aquisition phase, up until end of production. - Budget and forecast preparation. - Managing Global IMDS database, checking/approving suppliers IMDS and creating/submitting ours to customer. Reviewing GADSL, REACH, ISO-TS, VDA regulations

After my Ph.D., I have initiated a couple of new measurement methods and techniques, focusing mostly at the fundamental properties of doped Ceria and thereby, developing ideas for new project grants. In parallel, I have been writing the publications and project reports based on recent results. Furthermore, I am assisting the students with their internship in Inorganic Chemistry.

I design short BSc and MSc thesis projects and then, supervise the student teams to reach the project goals in given time limit. In addition, I hold the seminars/lectures in form of power point presentations to help them time to time. Furthermore, I hold independent tutorial lectures which cover most of the important topics in their studies.
