- Support the Loan Book Accounting and Reporting team in developing a new architecture for accounting and reporting Monedo’s main business activity – loan issuing process - Participate in month-end and year-end closing process of loan book portfolio, including yearly audit conducted by PWC

- Preparation of Monthly Journals, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow projections - Maintenance of the General Ledger - Manage intercompany transactions - Assist in budget & forecasts - Assuring zakat (tax) compliance and submitting returns - Lead the ERP implementation for the Finance module - Review the work of junior staff - Preparation of monthly financial information

- Record various accounting transactions - Record cash payments and bank deposits - Maintain and control cash report - Clients/suppliers reconciliations - Conduct month-end and year-end close process - Assist Senior Accountants - Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation

- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation - Verify and reconciles assets and liabilities by comparing ledger balances to: Asset register, bank statements, suppliers and customer statements - Follow internal audit plan and compiled and reported non conformities
