• Managed IT Department (5 direct reports and up to 10 full-time outsourced emplyees) to design, implement, change and maintain IT environment in H&M Russia: back- and front-office (retail shops) • Was responsible for preparation and approval of IT budget. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Budget follow-up and forecast. • Delivered without delay IT environment in over 60 H&M and Monki retail shops across Russia, many offices and logistic center.

• Managed IT Department (4 direct reports and up to 3 full-time outsourced emplyees) to design, implement, change and maintain IT environment in Komatsu Russia: back-office, Distribution Center and Plants. • Was responsible for preparation and approval of IT budget. • International IT team coordination in several locations, Building IT operations framework and workflow. • Contracts negotiations and agreements with external suppliers and outsourcing companies.

• Administering, managing, servicing and providing support for: Corporate network (servers, storages, desktops and laptops), E-mail/messaging systems (MS Exchange), AD, DNS, DHCP, DBMS software (Oracle, MS SQL Server), Back-up/recovery systems, telecommunication services, etc. • Preparation of user and technical documentation, procedures, charts, diagrams. • Taking part in ERP (1C: Enterprise v.8) and OLAP (Applix TM1 now IBM Cognos) systems implementation project
