Commencing my career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the purchase department of an esteemed automobile company, I swiftly transitioned to a dynamic start-up as a Business Operations Associate. My journey then led me to Kohler, initially as an Executive managing databases for website data on a contractual basis. Subsequently, I seamlessly integrated into Kohler's workforce, progressing to the role of a Sr. Executive Data Analyst, Team Lead and later Assistant Manager within the Product Data Management team. In 2021, I enriched my skill set through a distance learning course in Data Analytics from Great Lakes, further enhancing my proficiency. From my initial role as a Graduate Engineer Trainee to my current position as Assistant Manager, overseeing a dedicated team, each step has been a valuable learning experience.
