- Collaborating with the team, developing new strategies to increase the current sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals. - Identifying opportunities and maximizing growth for the existing customers. - Identifying customer needs to determine opportunities for upsells and cross-sells. - Managing the existing customer database with Salesforce.
