Analysis of data, interpretation of results & trends, preparing management reports and performing plausibility checks, preparing budgets & regular financial forecasts, monitoring product margin, gross operating profit in terms of anomalies, providing closer collaboration and alignment with the Global Procurement team, primary point of contact for project managers and the business unit marketing team regarding all accounting issues, project management & supporting Business Group Controller in daily business.

Maintain and develop KPIs, forecasting models, analysis of manufacturing and operational variances, cost control and prepare annual standard costing, prepare, analyse and present results and forecasts, conduct monthly cost meetings with heads of Operations, Capex analyses, support for inventory accounting, drive improvements in savings, productivity, working capital control and sales/margin optimisation.

- Strategic purchasing decision making and plans roll-out - Master data management of the specification of the raw materials, admixtures, heavy investments like plant machines, the supplier data, purchasing orders etc. - Developing training documents and concept of 'Train the Trainers' in the Group Purchasing department with the negotiation skills, case studies and effective deals - Reporting the global purchasing data using various tools like SAP MM, PISYS, CMS etc.

Supporting marketing operations, managing the marketing reference pipeline, interacting with project team, coordinating the value collateral production, executing and communicating on the social media strategy to the consultants and the business development team at a global scale. Researching on the various tools available for social media analytic and presenting the most effective Marketing KPIs of the Business Transformation Services in a regular dashboard to capture the engagement and performance.

Working on the marketing and sales entry strategy and the risk management planning for Maleki GmbH in the green building manufacturing market in India using several research methodologies, quantitative analysis and strategy models.

Responsible for the analysis and design of the various steel and concrete structures for the industrial projects with the Energy & Chemical companies like BASF, RioTinto, Exxon Mobil, Nexen, Tengiz-Chevroil etc. Estimation of the materials required for such engineered structures and the project management of the logistical requirements of the international wide scoped projects was also a very big responsibility.

As a structural engineer trainee , learnt analysis & design of junction house , learnt to use structural software like STAADPRO , RISA 3D etc.
