My goal is to facilitate closer collaboration between HR and IT teams in order to enhance HR operations, digitize processes, and leverage data analytics for improved employee and service experiences. Currently, I hold the position of Global HR Analyst within the Global HR IS & Analytics Team at the headquarters, where I primarily provide HRIS solutions on Workday. In my previous role as a Technology & Efficiency Executive, I was responsible for various HR functions such as analytics, change management, access management, HRIS projects, user experience development, HR reporting processes, and data quality assurance. This involved aligning HR processes with the organization's ways of working on both local and global projects, while maintaining confidentiality. Throughout my career, I have been involved in diverse projects such as relocation, digitization, integration, process development, organizational transformation, audits, compensation & benefits projects, and employee surveys.
