Bashkim Mustafa

I've dedicated over a decade to my career, starting with training as an industrial mechanic. My journey took me worldwide, supporting customers as a service technician. Alongside, I pursued a state certified technical engineering degree, contributing to the development of products in Lübeck. Currently, I am responsible for the comprehensive support and development of global subsidiaries and sales partners. I play a key role in designing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new customers and cater to target clientele. Additionally, my expertise contributes to analyzing local sales operations. By directly managing international and major clients, I ensure optimal coordination of pricing, delivery terms, and contract negotiations, always in close collaboration with the Key Account Management department. My role involves regular visits to subsidiaries and partners, especially for sales meetings and trade shows. Outside of work, I enjoy riding my motorcycle whenever possible.
