• cost center management of Car Multimedia R&D Department in Budapest with active contribution to all controlling processes (closing, reporting, planning) • planning and reporting of key financial figures of CM-related Daimler projects • supporting strategic decision making and business requests for executive team • active participation in testing and development of the newly introduced project management system called iGPM, providing trainings to project managers
