Key contributor within the Global Performance Office with focus on driving/enabling cross-function operations, communications, and employee engagement/culture programs across SAP’s Global Performance Organization spanning the Global Process Office, Pricing and Commercialization, Transformation Office and Global Experience Management Office. Work closely as a direct report with the VP, Global Performance Office and Chief Operating and Engagement Officer who reports to SAP’s EVP, Chief Performance Officer.

Responsible for project operations and communications of various cross-topic strategic projects within Global Portfolio Planning & Commercialization and support for employee engagement campaigns at an organization-wide level.

Complementary to an MA program, supported all communication activities along SAP's Portfolio Planning cycle, including blog writing, newsletter creation, video production and voiceovers.

Responsible for acquisition and development of customers in EMEA (with main focus on the UK, Ireland, South Africa and Israel.) Identify and manage new business opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts, meeting team quotas and training new employees for the EMEA, NA and APAC markets.
