Tailor made skis are manufactured in unprecedented automated high precision shaping processes & deliver extraordinary experiences along the customer journey.

    Program Manager – P&G Manchester, UK

    Procter & Gamble

    Pioneered new production technology and 100% managed production system installations; these included green field constructions and start-ups prior to handing over to production teams. Led a multi-functional and multiple site team of 12 across France, Germany, Italy, and the UK responsible for finance, sales, engineering and production developing and implementing a masterplan for European tissue production expansions.

    Managed a multi-cultural, multi-functional, and multi-site team of 27 people, successfully breaking through language barriers and cultural differences, across Korea, Europe, and the US. Lead Project Manager for the Bounty kitchen towel launch into Asia (€16 Mio project.)

    Project Manager – P&G Lucca, Italy

    Project Lead for the green field installation of the first global Bounty machine developed in collaboration with a multi-cultural team of 45 with global senior management visibility and unprecedented trust with a €32 Mio budget. Huge project in scope, budget, and team responsibility as a very young engineer. Outperformed competing parallel project in the UK.

  • 1996 - 1998

    Technology Engineer – P&G Cincinnati, OH USA

    Development of global Bounty production technology for roll out globally. My Key Accomplishments include: ⇨ Single point of contact from Europe on a US team designing the new Bounty machine for global roll-out. ⇨ Responsible for all safety and European production needs were fulfilled in design.
