• Daily management of a group of projects of approximately 100 engineers acting in the field of Product Life Management support Level 2 (ITIL framework), • Main account follow-up and commercial development, (10 Mio Turnover/Year) • Daily management and accountancy of operations toward the client, • Reporting and consolidation of data, Key Process Indicators. • Offers for contract extension

Technical Director Methods and Processes • Daily management of a department of approximately 100 engineers acting in 4 main fields: drawing check, configuration management, programme management and method support, • Main account follow-up and commercial development, (10 Mio Turnover/Year) • Product development and strategy elaboration for method and processes department, • Responsibility for project launching and follow-up. Up to 10 projects running in parallel. Additionally Quality manager EN9100

Programme and Quality Executive • Project planning and follow-up using “Earned value” method (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP…) developed by American Department of Defence. 3 major projects of 13000 hours (16 persons), 12000 hours (15 persons) and 60000 hours (80 persons), • Management and billing of a team of consultants working on client’s site. Between 30 and 40 persons managed, • Certification of the filial with Airbus Deutschland as official supplier
